Returns we can accept

•Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, untarnished silver items and unopened hampers.
•Personalised engravings, monogrammed ribbons and perishables are eligible only for transit damage claims.
•All original tags, certificates and packaging must be retained for inspection.

Return pickup timelines

Metro cities: 48 hours. Non-metro: 3-5 working days. A tamper-proof bag and pickup slip will be provided by our courier partner. Please keep the product ready with all inserts.

We offer free exchanges on ready silver jewelry within 10 days, subject to availability. Personalised or customised items can be altered at actual crafting charges.

Exchange pickup and reshipment is complimentary for the first request per order.
